Overview We are looking for an outstanding Store Manager to join our Fort Lee, NJ clothing retail store. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the team, providing individual and group coaching, organize and lead staff meetings, briefings, performance reviews and ensuring that all company policies and procedures are being followed Store sales management: achieve store sales targets, maximize store sales and profitability Monitor and maintain customer service excellence and ensure staff are providing quality shopping experience in-store Coach and mentor team in all areas of customer service and engagement, ensuring product and brand history knowledge is up to date and accurate Responsible for recruiting team, attracting talent, maintaining succession plan and developing a high-performing team Partner with senior management/ownership to set performance goals for team to encourage personal development, address performance issues, facilitating disciplinary actions and terminating employees, when necessary, in coordination with senior management/ownership Ensure compliance with employee record keeping policies and procedures for any HR/Payroll requirements according to company standards and policies Responsible for achieving all financial and operational objectives including expense control, loss prevention, store inventory audits, and reporting to senior management/ownership as required Support in the organization of in-store marketing events and pro-actively grow professional relationships to increase brand awareness and drive traffic Ensuring visual merchandising standards are met in accordance with instructions from senior management/ownership direct and implement merchandising allocation, assortment and replenishment from the main Bronx flagship location Communicate product sell-through as well as manage inventory-levels of high performing merchandise through re-order and replenishment requests Model professional behavior as an example to the team whilst promoting a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and creativity Aid in raffle release allocation efforts Assist with marketing and social media developments and efforts Establish and develop a positive relationship with local vendors, neighbors, customers and law enforcement Minimum 3 years’ experience in fashion retail with minimum 1 years’ experience at a Store Manager level Experience in a brand focused retail environment is preferred Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and profit results, with strong business acumen Proven ability to meet business goals through driving results in store Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and able to display good leadership qualities, enthusiasm to motivate and drive a team Highly detail oriented and excellent organization skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, general smartphone applications, good mathematical literacy Ability to prioritize workload efficiently and able to work on a flexible schedule Compensation $68,000/year - $85,000/year (Depending on experience) Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Retail Apparel and Fashion #J-18808-Ljbffr TAKOUT®
