BASIC PURPOSE
The Staffing Coordinator provides the highest caliber of customer service to our field staff and client facilities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide first‑level support to field staff and facility customers.
Operate efficiently and effectively with a sense of urgency on an individual basis and in a team setting.
Partner with clients to determine staffing requirements.
Offer assignments at client facilities to qualified field staff.
Manage all staffing activities between field staff and clients via phone, email, and staffing platforms.
Manage open orders and fill open shifts with qualified field staff.
Communicate all updates in a timely manner to both field staff and facility customers.
Remain aware of scheduling discrepancies and report patterns to managers and local office as necessary.
Develop and foster excellent relationships between clients and field personnel.
Ensure field staff and/or client concerns are resolved in a timely manner; uphold the company’s reputation by demonstrating standards of excellence.
Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
Must have the ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
QUALIFICATIONS
1–2 years’ experience, preferably in the staffing industry.
Strong computer and analytical skills; proficient with Microsoft Outlook. Database and/or automated program experience a plus.
Previous healthcare and/or call center experience preferred.
Bilingual (Spanish, Arabic, or Mandarin) preferred.
Education: High school diploma or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Comfort spending a large portion of the day making outbound phone calls.
Self‑starter, able to meet goals and metrics assigned.
Exchange and document accurate information in a timely manner.
Outstanding communication, customer service, and people skills; ability to listen, present, and express ideas in written and oral formats.
Detail oriented with ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy.
Work well within a team and cooperate with managers and employees towards common goals.
Customer‑service focus with a desire to exceed field staff and facility needs.
Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; monitor own work for quality.
Adaptability to manage competing demands and changing priorities while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
Comfort with escalation processes: interface with Workers’ Comp, Risk Management, IT, Clinical, Travel, and local markets.
WORK CONDITIONS
100 % Remote status.
Must dedicate full attention to job duties during work hours.
Must meet all standards of the company’s Telecommuting and Remote Work Policies, including a quiet home office, reliable high‑speed internet, and the ability to connect equipment to a modem or router.
Comfort with learning, training, and engaging virtually through Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
High call volume; comfortable spending the majority of time in a stationary position, calling, emailing, and using staffing platforms to communicate with field staff and client facilities.
Company equipment (laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset) will be provided directly to you for use during employment.
