Job Description

Solü is currently seeking a Senior Technical Engineer to join our client’s banking team. The Senior Technical Engineer will provide technical solutions, designs, and guidance, playing a key role in the development and deployment of new or existing technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and execution of technical solutions in collaboration with Technology management, customers, and support teams.
• Develop infrastructure architecture, research and expand systems, create technology standards, and perform system integration and testing.
• Work closely with business partners to define and clarify requirements, estimate project efforts, and manage vendor interactions.
• Mentor junior engineers and review their proposals and documentation.
• Stay current on Financial Services trends and technologies.
• Ensure adherence to risk, regulatory, and internal control standards.
• Assist in budget development and handle other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in systems design, management, and/or architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Expertise in Azure, Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Strong experience in infrastructure design technologies, data management, and system development for complex applications.
• Ability to translate business requirements into high-quality technical implementations.
• Advanced technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
