IGT PlayDigital is seeking a talented Sound Engineer to join our team specializing in online or digital casino games. This position offers the opportunity to work from anywhere while contributing to the creation of immersive audio experiences for our gaming projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed audio specifications, crafting immersive music and sound effects, and providing direction and feedback to ensure exceptional audio experiences.
Develop detailed audio specifications based on project requirements and creative vision.
Design and produce high-quality music compositions and sound effects that enhance the overall user experience.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including producers, game designers, developers, and artists to integrate audio seamlessly into projects and drive on-time delivery.
Provide clear direction and constructive feedback to internal team members and external development partners.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of audio assets and implementation to ensure optimal performance across various platforms and devices.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve audio production processes and techniques.
Proven experience as an Audio Designer or similar role in the entertainment, gaming, or multimedia industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing original music compositions, sound design projects, and audio implementation work.
Proficiency in industry-standard audio software, preferably Logic Pro and Adobe Audition.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent organization and efficient time management.
3+ years of experience.
Degree in Audio Production, Sound Design, Music, or a related field.
Experience in online casino gaming.
Experience mixing and mastering audio for multiple devices (desktop computer, mobile devices, and headphones).
