Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Site Manager in the Power & Energy division, you will play a crucial role in overseeing project execution and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and managing site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and schedules.
- Implementing safety protocols and fostering a culture of safety among all team members.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying potential challenges, and implementing solutions proactively.
- Conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Mentoring and guiding junior staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Experience Level:
- Preferred experience level is 3 to 10 years in the power and energy sector, with a proven track record in site management.
