Sales Consultant – Signage Industry
Lakewood, CO | Full-Time | In-Office First 90 Days, Then Hybrid or Remote

The Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and sharp Sales Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a consultative sales role — you’ll guide businesses, schools, franchises, and property managers through the signage process, from concept to install. You’ll work with clients who need anything from channel letters to vehicle wraps to vinyl graphics — and everything in between.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships across various industries

• Respond to inbound leads and actively generate new business

• Develop proposals, present design concepts, and close deals

• Collaborate with our design, production, and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Manage your own pipeline and meet clear KPIs

• Represent the Banner Signs brand with professionalism, creativity, and energy

Who You Are:

• Experienced in B2B or consultative sales (sign industry experience is a plus, but not required)

• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines

• Clear communicator — both written and verbal

• Organized and self-motivated with high follow-through

• Coachable and eager to learn the ins and outs of signage

• Team player who respects the process and works well across departments

Work Schedule:

• First 90 days are fully in-office in Lakewood, CO for training, collaboration, and onboarding

• After 90 days, the position can transition to hybrid or remote , depending on business needs

Compensation Structure:

• Base salary: $40,000 – $60,000 , depending on experience

• Commission: Uncapped earning potential — top performers earn an additional $15,000 – $50,000+ annually

• Commission is based on a percentage of revenue and paid monthly
