Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Summary Join Northern Virginias Rapidly Expanding Real Estate Team as a Real Estate Assistant Are you detail-focused and enthusiastic about the real estate industry? Were looking for a dedicated Real Estate Assistant to become an integral part of our dynamic, high-performing team located in Northern Virginia. As we gear up to launch with Zillow Flex , we operate from a state-of-the-art office and maintain one of the largest social media followings in the DMV region , attracting over 10 million monthly views across platforms like Instagram and YouTube. Key Responsibilities Deliver vital administrative support and oversee transaction coordination for our agents Manage listings, update MLS data, coordinate signage, and schedule photography sessions Maintain timely and effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members Coordinate and schedule appointments for showings, inspections, and closings Assist with marketing efforts by producing social media content, managing email campaigns, and maintaining the CRM system Who Were Looking For Highly organized with excellent time management abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Tech-savvy, proactive, and capable of independent problem-solving Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Driven to build a thriving career in real estate Perk: Work alongside agents who close more than 50 transactions each year. Visit: Follow us: Responsibilities Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients search criteria Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week Participate in weekly script practice per team standards Participate in team activities per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology Qualifications You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
