Overview Join the Chris Colgan Team as a Showing Agent – an exciting career opportunity with a Northern Virginia focus. This role supports clients through home tours, builds strong client relationships, and grows real estate knowledge within a fast-paced team environment. Responsibilities Accompany qualified buyers on property viewings throughout Northern Virginia. Provide exceptional client service by answering questions, highlighting key features, and ensuring buyers feel informed and supported. Collaborate closely with leading agents to receive hands-on mentorship and enhance your professional skills. Partner with our operations team to coordinate schedules efficiently and reduce client stress. Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch. Work with sales agents to guide their clients to homes. Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria. Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients. Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week. Participate in weekly script practice per team standards. Participate in team activities per team standards. Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call. Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology. Qualifications People oriented; strong communication and interpersonal abilities. High energy with the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships. Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car. Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes. Learning-based; ambitious with proven ability to succeed. High school graduate; Real estate license. Ideal Candidate Profile A licensed or soon-to-be licensed real estate professional eager to assist clients in finding their ideal homes. A team-oriented individual who excels in a fast-paced, dynamic, and supportive environment. Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal abilities.
