Taking food and beverage orders from guests and entering orders in our point-of-sale system. Accurately describing menu items, specials, drinks, and desserts for guest satisfaction. Maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. Interacting with co-workers, communicating clearly and precisely. Up-selling established menu items or specials to maximize food and beverage revenues. Serving menu items to guests in a prompt and courteous manner and according to established service standards. Performing pre-and post-shift side work; stock service station, make coffee, etc. May assist Host/Hostess with greeting/seating guests. Monitoring and observing guest's dining experience. Ensuring guests are satisfied with the food and service. Responding promptly and courteously to any requests. Hospitality is a must. Dayshift and swing shift available. Part-time and full-time available.
