Job Overview As a Designer Developer, you will create stunning, design-first websites and marketing materials for our clients in the AEC industry. Our clients include luxury custom home builders, commercial construction teams and architects – giving you the opportunity to create sites that showcase jaw dropping buildings. Responsibilities Website Design & Development Design and develop responsive, user-friendly websites using Elementor Create custom themes and templates to meet specific project requirements Ensure websites are optimized for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness Build lean websites through limited plugins and use of custom CSS / GSAP Graphic Design Create visually engaging proposals and slide decks that effectively communicate key messages Design logos and branding kits that reflect the company’s identity and values Develop marketing materials, including brochures and flyers Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and materials Qualifications Proven experience in designing and building custom Elementor WordPress websites Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including web design and graphic design Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, or Sketch Knowledge of HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript is a plus, and GSAP, or ability and desire to research and learn on the spot is a must Excellent understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field salary Bottom of salary range $64,600 Top of salary range $78,800 Benefits 36 hour work week* Flexible working hours with optional four day work week* 100% remote environment 100% employer paid medical, dental & vision (employee only) 4 weeks PTO 12 paid holidays 6 personal days 4 optional days after a 90 day ramping period (use this time to volunteer or learn at a conference) 401k with 1:1 match up to 3% Salaried employees work 36 hours per week, and may work whatever combination of days or hours gets them to that amount.
