About the Role
The Company is seeking a strategic and results-driven SVP, Head of Commercial to lead its sales, consultant relations, and partnerships. This pivotal role is focused on owning all net-new revenue, developing and executing a unified commercial strategy, and leading a high-performing team to consistently exceed revenue goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for refining and managing the entire sales process, from lead handoff to close and implementation, and will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team on forecasting, planning, and strategic initiatives. The role requires a hands-on leader with a proven track record in B2B digital health tech, particularly in selling to HR and benefits leaders, and a deep belief in the mission to make a lasting impact on mental health in the workplace.
