Reporting Line

The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager position will report to the Director of Performance Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership and stakeholders with campaign performance reports, including datadriven recommendations for future campaign optimization and strategic plans for growing the impact of lifecycle marketing through new channels and capabilities.
• Own customer journey development, including strategy, creative briefing, audience segmentation, journey pathing, campaign execution, creative testing, analytics measurement, and campaign performance readouts.
• Collaborate crossfunctionally with Product, Data & Analytics, Client Happiness, Creative, and Legal teams to deliver highimpact lifecycle programs.

Impact

• Play a strategic role in shaping the customer journey and executing lifecycle campaigns that drive deeper engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value across Earnest products.
• Lead some of Earnest's most important initiatives, ensuring flawless campaign execution, delivering revenue and engagement growth, and driving innovation across lifecycle marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a businesstoconsumer email marketing or lifecycle marketing role in a corporate or agency environment.
• 4+ years of experience developing lifecycle/CRM engagement programs.
• Proven ability to present campaign strategies, performance, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Able to apply a testandlearn mindset grounded in analytics, using statistical rigor and data visualization to identify significant results, diagnose funnel dropoffs, and prioritize next best actions.
• Experience developing marketing plans that balance financial objectives and customer experience goals.
• Expertise in audience segmentation and targeting using database and realtime event data.
• Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Experience with enterprise marketing automation toolsBraze preferred (others valuable: Iterable, Customer.io, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Eloqua, Responsys).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with programmatic marketing scripting languages (Liquid preferred; AmpScript, GTL also valuable).
• Experience building and optimizing automated campaigns and experimentation frameworks.
• Strong project management skills with tools such as Jira, Workfront, or Basecamp.
• Very strong attention to detail and strict adherence to QA processes.

Location

This role will be based in the United States.

Compensation

Pay Range: $135,000$170,000USD.
