About the Senior Graphic Designer Position:

Agency21 (a21) is seeking a full time Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team! The role will help execute artwork for event signage, websites, email campaigns, social posts, and more. Primary Responsibilities:

• Understand project requirements and ideas.
• Use graphic techniques to create drafts that uphold brand guidelines.
• Produce logos, signage, e-mail designs, and interfaces.
• Use feedback from other designers to improve assets.
• Identify and respond to relevant project changes, making edits where necessary.
• Manage ongoing file updates such as swapping in new assets throughout the life of a project.
• Execute image retouching and creative resizing.
• Assist Graphic Designer in pitching creative concepts.
• Collaborate with the team to launch projects.
• Track work assignments and approvals via Project Management Software.

Skills + Qualifications Needed:

• 4+ years high volume graphic design experience (may include internships)
• Experience with design software and graphics editing software, such as InVision and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign)
• Knowledge of typography, branding, and design techniques, such as prototyping and mock-ups.
• Ability to work well with teammates, clients, and third-party vendors.
• Time management and prioritization skills.
• Highly attentive to details, and able to edit grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Occasionally travel to events to help support the onsite team over nights or weekends (work may include standing for extended periods, lifting and carrying supplies, checking in guests, etc).
