Senior Specialist - Program & Project Management
Washington, DC (3 – 4 days onsite/week)
Perm Position

Overview: We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master with solid understanding of Scrum and Project Management concepts for a GenAI project based in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and processes.
• Work closely with the GenAI team, ensuring smooth project delivery.
• Provide guidance and coaching on Agile principles and practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and goals.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Previous experience in GenAI or AI/ML-based programs.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC, 3-4 days a week.
