Minimum 1+ years physical therapy experience required.

Bilingual Therapies is committed to providing an inclusive and supportive educational environment for all students. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students from Kindergarten through 12th grade improve their physical functioning and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments of students' physical abilities and needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals for students requiring physical therapy services.
  • Provide direct physical therapy services to students in individual or group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' physical and educational goals.
  • Monitor and document students' progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on physical therapy and related issues.
  • Stay current with best practices and developments in the field of physical therapy.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid Massachusetts state license in Physical Therapy.
  • Previous experience working with K-12 students in a school setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
