The Role
As our Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our company's expansion. You'll be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value contracts with speed and precision. This is not a role for the faint of heart – we're looking for a sales professional who can successfully navigate the competitive BPO landscape and consistently deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Aggressively pursue and secure new client contracts, with a focus on rapid business growth
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to outperform competitors
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients across various industries
- Negotiate complex, high-value contracts with key decision makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients
- Consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales targets
- Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt sales approaches accordingly
Qualifications
- Proven track record of exceptional sales performance in the BPO industry (minimum 5 years) at a managerial capacity
- Demonstrated ability to close deals quickly and efficiently
- Extensive network of industry contacts and decision-makers
- Strong understanding of various BPO service offerings and market dynamics
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Resilience and ability to thrive under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field; background in technology and development is an advantage.
