Overview Job Title: Retirement Plan Services Administrator Rockland Trust is currently seeking a Retirement Plan Services Administrator. This individual is responsible for supporting Retirement Plan Services Relationship Managers and Plan Sponsors with the administration and operation of RTC-advised retirement plans. This role requires a minimum of one year of experience supporting Relationship Managers, including management and reporting through SEI and other Enterprise/Rockland Trust management tools. The position involves assisting with fiduciary review materials, onboarding new client relationships, collaborating with recordkeepers, and responding to client inquiries to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant plan operations. Key Responsibilities Client & Relationship Support Provide daily operational support to Relationship Managers on RTC-advised retirement plans. Support the installation and onboarding of new Rockland Trust relationships. Extract, prepare, review, and distribute monthly/quarterly departmental management reports. Track monthly account reviews and maintain proper fiduciary documentation. Ensure all financially dependent transactions are executed accurately and on time to minimize risk. Support the RPS team in delivering outstanding service to promote client retention. Plan Operations Process retirement plan contributions, withdrawals, and pension distributions for managed accounts. Ensure distributions from managed accounts are processed on time and accurately. Maintain proficiency with RTC systems (e.g., Pay 3000, SEI) to ensure smooth plan operations. Fiduciary & Sales Support Assist Relationship Managers with preparation of fiduciary review and sales materials. Coordinate with recordkeeping partners to collect operational and fee reporting. Ensure service levels meet Rockland Trust's standards, contributing to high client persistency. Management Reporting Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on asset flows within RTC-advised retirement plans. Maintain RTC Daily Valuation and Pooled/Managed Plans reporting. Deliver timely management reports (within 5 business days post-month/quarter end). Performance Expectations Satisfactory results in internal and external audits. Minimal client and beneficiary complaints or inquiries. High client retention and persistency. Timely, accurate reporting and transaction processing. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience supporting Relationship Managers in a financial services environment.
