Our goal is to reduce the administrative burden for plan sponsors through hands‑on service, compliance expertise, and streamlined technology. Role Overview We are seeking a Plan Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented and organized, with strong communication skills and a desire to learn about retirement plan operations. The position focuses on supporting the 3(16) fiduciary services team by handling payroll contributions, maintaining accurate plan data, and ensuring timely and compliant processing on behalf of plan sponsors. Key Responsibilities Review, reconcile, and process payroll contributions to retirement plans in coordination with employers and recordkeepers. Monitor contribution submissions and work with plan sponsors to resolve missing or late payrolls. Process participant distributions and loan requests, ensuring compliance with plan provisions and IRS/DOL regulations. Maintain and update employee and plan data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding payroll and contribution‑related matters. Support ongoing compliance requirements, including contribution limits, eligibility tracking, and plan operations. Provide general administrative support to the 3(16) service team as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred. Experience in payroll processing, HR, benefits administration, or retirement plan services preferred — training provided for the right candidate. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with large data sets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
