The Retirement Solutions Group is seeking a dedicated Retirement Plan Account (Administrator) Manager to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will manage and service retirement plan accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and comply with regulatory requirements. This role involves building strong rapport with plan sponsors and brokers on complex and sensitive plan issues. It requires analytical ability, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of retirement plan products and services.

What You Will Get To Do


  • Respond to plan sponsors information requests on a variety of issues, including ongoing requests for plan amendments, providing consultative services.
  • Obtain necessary information, assess feasibility, and submit requests to individual specialists for action.
  • Interface with management and internal support groups to research issues and coordinate responses to plan sponsors, including trend analysis of issues and response times.
  • Develop and recommend improvements to workflows and procedures to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Assist in the collection, review and preparation of client information used for compliance testing and filings.
  • Promote customer satisfaction through proactive and effective service delivery and ensure prompt and effective response to all plan sponsor inquiries.


What You Will Bring
  • Bachelors degree and 2 years of work-related experience, or a Masters degree and 1 year of work-related experience, or 4 years of equivalent work-related experience.
  • 35 years of defined contribution plan administration/management experience, with a strong background in customer service/relationship management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel and PowerPoint). Strong familiarity with ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulatory issues is highly desired.
  • Strong understanding of TPA, Plan Sponsor, broker, and participant roles and responsibilities in qualified plans, and understanding of testing and plan documents.
