You'll gain an edge if you've completed an associate's degree, with a bachelor's degree preferred. We'll want to hear success stories from your five years of past sales experience - stories in which you've inspired your team to exceed their goals and turn in strong business results. While we feel that five years of experience will best prepare you for this role, you will still be considered if you have at least three years of experience - as long as two of those years were spent providing leadership for other managers.

We'll want to also hear about your experience while managing multiple retail locations, a sales territory or overseeing an entire retail store operation. We'll want to hear about how you've successfully developed strategies for managing a territory, including organizing and planning, with excellence. Past experience in wireless as well as retail will be helpful in this role, giving you a solid background that will help you ensure your sales teams understand our products and services and are equipped to serve our customers' needs with excellence. To be able to serve both our customers' and associates' needs, you will need to travel frequently, visiting locations within your market. In addition, you will travel to leadership events and meetings occasionally.

QUALIFICATIONS
\nSalary Range target is $87,500 to $133,168.

\n Associates have access to healthcare benefits (medical,\n dental and vision), retirement plans (a 401(k) plan with\n company match and a pension plan funded by the company),\n Paid Parental Leave (6 weeks after 6 months of\n employment), Basic Life Insurance (if eligibility\n requirements are met), Education Assistance (after 3\n months of employment), paid Vacation Days (15 days accrued\n per year for full-time/6 days accrued per year for\n part-time), paid Sick/Care-Giver Days (6 days accrued per\n year), and seven paid national holidays and one floating\n holiday, among others. Short Term Disability (after 6\n months of employment) and Term Disability (180 day waiting\n period) coverage is also available for full-time\n associates. Associates Scheduled to work under twenty\n hours per week or for a limited term are eligible for\n medical plans and retirement plans (a 401(k) plan with\n company match and a pension plan funded by the company).\n
