Your Responsibilities Include:

• Respond to incoming calls in a quick and professional manner.
• Research and deliver effective solutions to customer inquiries.
• Accurately document call details for record-keeping.
• Communicate with empathy and diplomacy, ensuring clear and professional articulation.
• Aim to meet daily team goals for quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year at a single job, ideally in customer service.
• Dependable attendance with no absences in the first 90 days.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
• A hardwired internet connection with a minimum speed of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download.
• A secure and private work space at home.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
