Your Role:

  • Promptly and professionally handle incoming calls.
  • Research inquiries and offer effective resolutions.
  • Accurately document call details.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year at a single job, preferably in customer service.
  • Reliable attendance with no absences in the first 90 days.
  • Typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
  • Hardwired internet connection with speeds of at least 10 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download.
  • A secure, private work area at home.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends.
