Join our forward-thinking e-commerce team as an  Amazon Marketplace Manager!  We’re looking for a strategic, analytical mind to manage and elevate our presence on Amazon. As our Amazon Marketplace Manager, your primary mission will encompass a dynamic and proactive role. You will be responsible for gathering innovative ideas from teams, conducting thorough research, and developing compelling business cases. Your strategic and analytical prowess will be key in securing investments for new initiatives and successfully implementing them. We highly value fresh insights for our existing business operations as well. We are looking for someone who demonstrates exceptional engagement and drive.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Research and Launch
• Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint trending brands with high potential on Amazon
• Craft and implement strategies for successful brand launches, aligning with market trends and consumer preferences.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Present innovative ideas and detailed business proposals to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure synergy with broader business goals.
• Business Case Development
• Analyze the financial viability of new initiatives, crafting comprehensive business cases.
• Leverage data and market insights for informed decision-making.
• Amazon Team Collaboration
• Partner with Amazon specialists to optimize listings and boost platform performance.
• Engage in promotional and advertising strategies to drive sales.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting
• Establish and track KPIs to gauge success and inform strategy adjustments.
• Regularly report on sales, customer feedback, and other key metrics.

Job requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Demonstrable success in e-commerce and managing the Amazon marketplace. Track record in launching new brands online.
• Skills: Sharp analytical ability, strong communication skills, business-focused, results-oriented.
• Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced environments; stays abreast of industry trends and Amazon policies.
• Team Collaboration: Proven experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.
