What You’ll Learn & Do
Deal Sourcing & Lead Generation: Cold call and text property owners to uncover off-market opportunities using Reafco’s proven systems and scripts.
Investment Analysis: Evaluate properties for rentals, flips, and BRRRR strategies; calculate ROI and renovation costs.
Property Management: Shadow leasing, tenant placement, and day-to-day management of active rental properties.
Renovation Projects: Join investor mentors on live property walkthroughs and learn how renovations are budgeted and managed.
Transactions: Assist with contracts, negotiations, and closings while gaining exposure to the full deal cycle.
