We’re not looking for your average real estate agent. We’re looking for a future portfolio builder —someone who wants to help everyday people become real estate investors.

At Matt O'Neill Real Estate, we work with  first-time and entry-level investors —teachers, nurses, young professionals, veterans—people who are ready to build wealth through real estate and need a guide.

You’ll be that guide. And you’ll get the systems, leads, and support to crush it.

Who You Are

  • Licensed real estate agent (or actively working toward it)
  • Obsessed with real estate investing (bonus if you’ve already done a deal yourself)

What You’ll Do

  • Work with warm leads of entry-level investors looking to buy
  • Guide clients through their first rental, BRRRR, house-hack, or flip
  • Analyze deals (ROI, cash flow, ARV) and run numbers with confidence
  • Tap into our off-market deal flow and local PM/GC network
  • Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat sales and referrals
  • Learn directly from experienced investors and brokers—no guesswork

Compensation

  • 100% commission with top-tier splits
  • First-year potential: $80,000–$150,000+
  • Second year: $150,000–$300,000+ with a strong client book

$80,000 - $150,000+

Responsibilities:
  • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close
  • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
  • Monitor the sales process and document follow-up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
  • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
  • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
Qualifications:
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
  • 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate, or related experience is highly desired
  • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and a goal-oriented personality
  • Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is preferred
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
