What You Will Be Doing Conduct dynamic reading workshops that enhance phonics, comprehension, and fluency. Craft engaging motivational sessions with gamified literacy achievements. Interpret student progress data to refine teaching strategies and uncover actionable insights. Partner with engineers to assess and improve AI literacy tools based on classroom experiences. Create scalable, AI-augmented content to help early elementary students reach grade-level reading skills. Basic Requirements Bachelor’s degree and advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton–Gillingham, Wilson, or similar). Minimum of 2 years experience in small‑group reading interventions for young learners. Expertise in evaluating reading levels, student grouping, and designing customized instruction without relying on predefined curricula. Proficiency with AI/adaptive learning tools and adeptness in responding to student interactions within these platforms. Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship. Availability to work onsite at one of our campuses in Tampa, FL; Austin, TX; Plano, TX; or Dorado, Puerto Rico.
