Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's quality management system (QMS).
• Conduct internal audits and manage external audits (e.g., ISO + AS9100D certification).
• Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventative actions.
• Analyze quality data, produce reports, and present findings to senior management.
• Manage supplier quality to ensure all incoming materials + outsourced processes meet specifications.
• Engage with customers to understand their expectations and gather feedback.
