QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER
We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to join our team! You will oversee adherence to design and verify materials align with those required.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee aspects of government construction project during Construction phase of project
- Implement 3-phase construction quality control process
- Prepare and perform introduction meeting for quality requirements with subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Review construction submittals for materials installed for the Construction Project
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
Capable of sending emails and learning simple government software
Strong leadership qualities
Strong teamwork skills
Deadline and detail-oriented

SAFETY MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a Site Safety Manager to join our team! You will oversee adherence to safety standards as set forth in EM-385 and OSHA as required.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the safety practices of subcontractors during Construction phase of project.
- Run tool-box meetings for all personnel on site as required by contract.
- Prepare and perform introduction meeting for safety requirements with new subcontractors.
- Interface with project inspectors and clients regarding safety issues.
- Review construction Activity Hazard Analysis for contractors for work being performed.
- Maintain high standards of safety that adhere to requirements.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction safety management or other related fields
Capable of sending emails and learning simple government software
Strong leadership qualities
Strong teamwork skills
