Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LCSW-C) to join our team and provide psychotherapy services at our partner facilities. Responsibilities:
Provide individual and family counseling to clients in nursing homes, assisted care, and other long-term care facilities.
Consult, educate, and coordinate care with facility staff, including nursing home administrator, director of nursing, and director of social services.
Adhere to established regulations, policies, and procedures while exercising initiative and independent judgment.

Requirements
Passion for working with seniors and providing exceptional care
State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LCSW-C) or Psychologist
Availability to work during normal, weekday business hours (no night or weekend calls)
Ability to stand for 20 minutes
Ability to lift 15 pounds
