Project Engineer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team and play a key role in delivering successful construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a General Contractor , strong technical knowledge, and proficiency in Bluebeam and Takeoff software . This position combines engineering expertise with project coordination to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost control. Be part of a smaller firm that values stability and makes a meaningful impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing construction projects from start to finish.
• Prepare and review accurate cost estimates for materials and labor.
• Support project managers in coordinating subcontractors and vendors.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
• Review drawings, specifications, and perform quantity takeoffs.
• Ensure compliance with budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Contribute to Base Building projects and related scopes.

Qualifications:

• 2 of experience in construction, GC operations, and all trades.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and Takeoff software .
• Strong technical and analytical skills for estimation and project coordination.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
