  • Schedule and facilitate meetings with technical teams, clinical stakeholders, and vendors; document meeting minutes and action items.
  • Support deployment of infrastructure supporting EHRs (e.g., Epic, Cerner), PACS, medical IoT devices, and telehealth platforms.
  • Assist in equipment tracking, vendor coordination, and go-live planning across multiple healthcare sites.

Experience:

  • 24 years of experience in IT project coordination, ideally in a healthcare or clinical IT setting.
  • Familiarity with healthcare IT infrastructure such as EHR systems, clinical applications, medical-grade networks, and patient data security.
  • Experience supporting infrastructure projects in hospitals, clinics, or health systems is strongly preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to clinical staff.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare data privacy regulations (HIPAA, HITECH).
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira).
  • Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across technical and clinical teams.

Preferred Certifications:

  • CompTIA Project+ or CAPM
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • CHIT (Certified Healthcare IT Technician) or similar
  • Familiarity with HITRUST, NIST, or other healthcare security frameworks is a plus

Work Environment:
