We’re currently seeking an experienced Plumber/Pipefitter Journeyman to join our installation team. In this role, you will be entrusted as the face of Action Air—providing technical expertise, installation, service, and support on cutting-edge HVAC and plumbing systems in commercial and industrial settings.

About the Role

As a Plumber/Pipefitter Journeyman , you will be responsible for the efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in a variety of project environments. You’ll work with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project delivery while upholding high safety and quality standards. Your work will directly contribute to the functionality, compliance, and success of each project we take on.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
  • Diagnose plumbing issues and implement effective, timely solutions
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
  • Coordinate with other trades and contractors to meet project deadlines
  • Represent Action Air professionally on-site and with clients

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid CT plumbing license (D2, P2, or S2)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in plumbing and pipefitting
  • Strong working knowledge of plumbing codes and safety protocols
  • Valid driver's license in good standing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with commercial and industrial plumbing systems
  • Certifications in specialized plumbing technologies or techniques
  • Familiarity with plumbing project management or design software

Physical Requirements

  • Must be punctual, reliable, and available for varied shifts if required
