Lead, Campus Physical Security Management
Bellevue and CGHH Campuses
CONTEXT
He/She has the responsibility to maintain and develop security management systems of two sites (Bellevue and Campus Genevois de Haute Horlogerie - CGHH), which includes all security processes and actions.
He/She oversees all the physical security activity of the two sites and puts in place the appropriate organization to ensure efficiency in the response and analyse.
He/She identifies the risks, evaluates them, and implements security measures to control and reduce malicious risks that may affect the employees and/or resources and assets of the campus.
The Physical Security Manager will advise and collaborate with the different entities of the two sites as well as with business partners and main stakeholders.
He/She ensures proper application of security principles and guidance within the frame of Richemont security policies, directives, and standards.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Organisation
Coordinate activities related to Security and maintained security management systems in accordance with the Group Security framework
Manage and organise appropriately the security management of the sites
Lead the security third-party provider and ensure a high level of security services on site
Create, maintain, and implement consistent and efficient security concept approach for sites’ operations
Create, maintain, and implement consistent and efficient risk assessment approach for sites’ operations
Ensure accurate implementation of Richemont Physical Security directives/minimum standards
Conduct risk assessments and set up risk mitigation systems and controls
Establish a collaborative and efficient coordination with all entities of the two sites
Develop, maintain, and review the SLA between CGHH and the entities to ensure appropriate and effective coordination
Lead and manage the security budget and share regular updates with the campuses’ directors
Physical Security Incidents and investigation
Provide timely and accurate feedbacks on security related incidents / issues
Develop, maintain, and improve an incident response plan
Develop, maintain, and improve an emergency response Plan
Provide active support during a security related incident and during the following recovery period and follow up appropriately
Propose corrective action to prevent recurrences and oversees the action plan
Investigation for root cause analysis and investigation with identified corrective actions in PS incidents
Compliance
Conduct regular physical security self-assessment, audit, and report to ensure compliance with Group and local regulation
Ensure compliance with Group Minimum Standards and Risk Assessment approach
Ensure appropriate follow up on audit action plan using Group’ tools
Training
Ensure proper awareness of security risks and rules for all employees at the campus level
Coordinate with internal/ external parties to conduct training to raise security awareness and compliance to standards
Ensure staff is adequately trained for their work and adhere to security policies and guidelines by regularly assessing training needs and requirements
Contracted Service Providers
Lead the contract related to the security third-party provider on each site and ensure it reflects appropriate needs
Assess the quality of the third parties and risk evaluation
Work with security vendors to implement and monitor the follow up indicators (KPI’s) and security level agreement (SLA)
Contact with local law enforcement
Develop & maintain efficient contact with local law enforcement to master the security environment
Develop regular communications on the risk level
Reporting & Project management
Manageprojects, develop project plans, and monitorperformance
Keep track of the security related budget and set up appropriate KPI’s
Provide documentationand communicatemeeting via minutes, PowerPoint, workflow
Create visibility by using appropriate tools and create reports as well as security related KPI’s
Highlightany risk related to resources, cost, and deadline
Prioritizeinitiatives based on business needs and requirements
Managecompeting resources and priorities
Monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
Work closely with the Villars-sur-Glâne campus security manager to develop site alignment by identifying, developing, maintaining and updating when possible and efficient to do so
Projects/initiatives (guarding and technology)
Share all good practices between sites
“ORIONS” project: Transversal security technology projects
Act as the global project manager and lead the projects
Establishthe appropriate means of communication between the various project stakeholders
Events management
Lead Physical security on events such as HQ board meeting, Watches and Wonders and Richemont annual AGM: risk analysis, concept creation, supplier contract review, operational management on site
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in physical security
University degree
Ability to analyse data from various sources to identify trends, recommendations, and key insights
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to adapt and communicate with different types of audiences, at various hierarchical levels
Experience working in large, multi-dimensional environments
Fluent in French, additional languages, especially English, are an asset
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Internet
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Team player with good interpersonal and leadership skills
Autonomous with strong organization skills
