We are a dedicated team supporting two high-profile, globally recognized executives with demanding personal and professional lives. We're looking for a highly organized, fashion-savvy personal assistant to join our fast-paced support team. Responsibilities include: Personal shopping and wardrobe curation for two executives with a strong eye toward style, fit, and occasion Styling for events, travel, and daily wear with an understanding of fashion across cultures and settings Sourcing unique gifts for birthdays, holidays, and special occasions, while also organizing and managing a year-round gifting program. High-level concierge services: managing reservations, appointments, and one-off personal tasks Supporting the executives' personal lives through errands, scheduling, and seamless daily logistics Qualifications/Characteristics: You have a background in fashion styling and understand both luxury and emerging designers You've traveled extensively and are comfortable navigating global cities with ease You're detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to anticipate needs before they arise You're discreet, professional, and know how to operate in high-profile and high-pressure environments You can pivot quickly, think strategically, and bring creativity to problem-solving You know what to wear to a black-tie gala, a boardroom meeting, or a members-only club and how to dress others accordingly Compensation and Terms: We offer a reasonable schedule. Our office is located in Century City. This is not a work-from-home eligible role. Full benefits are included. We are open on compensation.
