Job Description

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025/2026 school year at a K-12 educational setting located in Rushville, IN. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work onsite, delivering specialized speech and language services to students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to students' unique needs.
• Providing direct therapy to students with a variety of communication disorders.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Maintaining thorough documentation to track student growth and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to educational planning.

Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience working in pediatric healthcare or educational settings.
• Familiarity with school-based regulations and procedures.
• Ability to deliver services effectively through teletherapy platforms if required.
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred or in progress.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, families, and staff.
