As a Parts Warehouse/Small Engine Repair Specialist, you will work for a world-class dealership's Parts department, maintaining the good order of the shipping and receiving records and the warehouse, and assisting with new landscaping equipment retail set-up, small engine tune-ups, and repairs.
What You'll Do - Maintain accurate reports of items shipped and received
- Shipping and receiving of parts and accessories according to established guidelines and procedures
- Provide customers with small engine tune-ups and repairs
- In-store customer service, including answering phones
- Stocking duties according to established guidelines and procedures
- Work with sales regarding whole goods storage
- Must possess strong attention to detail
- Keeping the parts department and warehouse organized, clean, and orderly
- Maintain a safe and efficient work area
- Perform bin counts and monitor inventory
Assists with - Monitoring shortages and expediting processes
- Damaged goods return and replacement

- Have and maintain a clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours; some Saturday hours may be included
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate data entry/keyboarding skills required

- Hearing ability sufficient to communicate with others in person or over the phone
- Ability to lift, push, pull or carry items weighing upwards of 75 lbs
- Ability to reach, stoop, kneel, and bend as needed
What's Preferred - Forklift certified helpful
- Shipping and receiving or warehouse experience is desired
- Previous parts experience desired
