Job Description:
As a Painter you would be responsible for using high pressure paint guns to paint large steel parts.
Responsibilities:
Utilizing high pressure paint sprayers to paint large steel parts
Maintaining all painting equipment
Properly documenting all painting activity
Creating and implementing proper painting processes
Assisting in other areas as needed
Education: High School
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: 12 months
1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Physical:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and kneel
Skills:
Experience using high pressure paint sprayers
Manufacturing experience
Ability to comprehend blueprints, schematics, and work specifications
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, and 5S
Familiarity with ERP and SAP
Effective communication
Problem Solving
