Description: We are seeking an experienced commercial painter to work full time on our downtown properties, which include office buildings and retail spaces. You will be moving from one project to another at all times. Projects can include trim work, interior doorways, and hallways as well as office spaces. As a part of the Operations Team, your ability to stay on schedule while maintaining quality is critical.-- Requirements: Skill sets should include:Must have at least 2 years experience professional paintingUtilizes standard paint equipment such as paint and airless spray equipment, motorized lifts, paint brushes, and other related equipmentApplies technical knowledge of all coating materials to ensure proper applicationPrepares for painting by erecting scaffold and ladders properlyPatch, repair, tape and mud drywallDisposes of residual materials according to local guidelinesDaily communication with the office manager on job progress and supply needsReports to management upon job completion or when problems/discrepancies occurMaintain a neat and clean work area--Adheres to all company policies and procedures paying particular attention to health and safety proceduresAbility to work independently is a mustAbility to lift and carry a minimum of 50lbsAbility to stand for long periods of timePI3a75b4c4347b-25660-38937900
