Industrial Painter

A growing manufacturer in the Monticello, IN area—well known for producing generator sets, boilers, and chillers—is seeking skilled Industrial Painters to join their team.
In this role, you’ll support production by ensuring parts are painted accurately according to customer specifications while meeting all quality standards. You’ll read prints, measure and adjust chemicals, record daily paint usage, and inspect and prepare products for shipping. If you enjoy hands-on work and have industrial painting experience, this may be the opportunity for you.
Painter Job Duties
Support the assembly line as needed
Clean blast media from products prior to painting
Perform quality checks, including measuring and recording coating thickness
Inspect, pretreat, and prepare products for shipping
Work collaboratively in a team environment to meet production deadlines
Schedule
Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay
$18.00/hour (based on experience)
Painter Requirements
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in warm temperatures
Ability to read a tape measure, blueprints/prints, and basic electrical schematics
Ability to stand, sit, bend, twist, and perform repetitive motions
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
