The company offers medical and dental benefits as well as 401K, paid holidays and vacation. • Pulls warehouse items from the shelves based on number, size, color, quantity, and quality requirements • Ensures that orders are accurate • Stages items correctly for auditing • Assists with Inventory when needed • Ensures warehouse goals are met • Shrink wraps products to pallets • Performs other general warehouse duties as needed A&M Industrial is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements • Must be Safety Conscious. • Previous Warehouse Experience. • Ability to work in fast paced environment with good organizational skills and attention to detail. • Possess experience or certification in handling forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other warehouse equipment. • Team Player and Self-Motivated. • Good Communication and Problem-Solving Skills • Posses good Hand-Eye Coordination. • Ability to use ladders safely and effectively. • Able to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods of time. • Proficient in computers, including Microsoft Office. • Fluent in English. • Experience with RF a plus. • Attendance and Punctuality a must. • Available to work overtime, if required. • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. • Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse and on the loading dock.
