Office Assistant

I am seeking an organized and experienced office assistant to provide support for a growing business. This position includes travel, so the candidate must have transportation and be able to travel often.

This is a temp to hire long-term position in a relaxed 420-friendly environment. The office is a home office. The ideal candidate must also be able to work well with others in a group.

Duties will include:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Organizing and scheduling appointments
- Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
- Writing and distributing email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Running errands
- Developing and maintaining a filing system
- Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures
- Ordering office supplies and researching new deals and suppliers
- Maintaining contact lists
- Booking travel arrangements
- Providing general support to visitors
- Acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients
