Base Salary $65-70k + Quarterly Bonuses + Profit Sharing. $100-110k total
Overview The Occupational Health Nurse reports directly to the General Manager at the respective location and indirectly to the Occupational Health Director. The successful candidate holds a valid nursing license in practicing state and current certification in CPR/AED from American Red Cross or AHA. The position is full-time Monday – Friday with on-call required after hours for injury management. Responsibilities Treatment of on-site injuries and referral to outside medical care as needed Case management for injured workers and facilitate return to work Provide medical surveillance for all employees including but not limited to annual audiograms, spirometry, vision screening and lead testing Conduct new hire pre-employment drug and alcohol screening & coordinate medical examinations Participate in ergonomics assessments and job hazard analyses Administration of the Drug and Alcohol program according to company policy Responsible for training employees in First Aid and CPR/AED as Medical Responders to aid in the care of injured workers Responsible for training employees on Bloodborne Pathogens, Hearing Conservation, Violence in the Workplace, Ergonomics and Heat Stress to meet OSHA requirements Advise on Workers’ Compensation claims, as needed FMLA Administration Maintain HIPPA compliant documentation Accountable for delivery of agreed to regional health metrics and outcomes Purchase all supplies required for the first aid clinic Develop and meet site budget expectations Drive increased health outcomes including reducing population health risks, managing and eliminating workplace health risks and supporting improved business outcomes through advancing employee health and wellbeing Willingness to work closely with the Safety Coordinators at the division level to recognize hazards and prevent injury Qualifications Required Active RN license in state of practice 2 or more years hospital or clinic nursing experience Excellent assessment skills in a clinical setting Phlebotomy skills a must Current CPR/AED certification Preferred 3 or more years of experience in occupational nursing or emergency nursing and/or clinic experience 3 or more years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial, and/or occupational environment Working knowledge of regulatory areas (ADA, OSHA, FMLA, Workers’ Compensation) CPR/AED Instructor Health coaching/certification Certified Occupational Health Nurse ,Reports To: Program CoordinatorSupervises: Summer Band ProgramProgram Purpose:Direct summer youth band and manage a final concert for the Summer Music Program held from June 2 through June 27, 2025, 8:00 AM until 11:00 AM, 5 days a week.
