The New York office of Reed Smith is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level associate to join the Structured Finance team of the Financial Industry Group. Candidates should have 2 to 5 years of experience in CLOs and related transactions, such as securitizations, warehouse financings and other complex financing transactions. The group does highly sophisticated and diversified work for large-scale banks, asset managers and investors. Candidates must be an active member of the New York bar.
$235,000 - $365,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smiths pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
