Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 DOE

We are looking to hire a Team Member who loves working with and helping people but who also loves working with technology . You must possess excellent communication skills, work well in a team and know how to support demanding high-touch executive end-users. You will be supporting a handful of clients in-person and remotely. You will also be working on technology projects and providing quality customer care. We are looking for people who are willing to make better mistakes tomorrow. In short, we're fast learners , Go-Givers (its a great book), and solve business problems with technology .

Reports to: Service Team Lead

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated in-person end user support experience working with both technical and non-technical high-touch users
• Demonstrated expertise with supporting, installing, troubleshooting, maintaining:
  • Tell us about your favorite Windows 10 version (or 11)
  • Tell us what you like best about Microsoft 365
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022
  • iPhones, Android
  • Virtualization (Hyper-V and VMWare)
  • Intune
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (not just on a resume or when corresponding with us - it's an "all the time" thing)
• Excellent problem solving skills (and enjoy doing it too!)
• Sense of humor (really, you need it in this line of work)
• Attention to detail! (our clients are picky, and so are we!)
• Ability to document (you will learn to like it and our team will set you up for success)
• Ability to work independently and proactively (don't wait for the problem to come to you)
• 4+ years of customer service experience (looking for in-person one-on-one support, NOT call center)
• 4+ years of network experience (we look forward to hearing about the cool problems you've solved)
• Be able squat, crawl, climb and lift up to 50 lbs
• Have a driver's license and reliable transportation

Desirable Qualifications:

• Previous MSP/IT experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Has multiple certifications and utilizes them at a high skill level. The following certifications are preferred: MCSA/MCITP, CCNA/CCDA/CCVP/CCIE, VCP, Project+, Network+, A+, ITIL
• Scripting and/or automation expertise (why do it manually if you can have the computer do it for you?)
• VoIP experience
• Intune
• Microsoft Forms
• Power BI
