Job Title: NAV System Administrator

Location: Remote

Reports To: SAP Production Support Manager

 

Position Summary

 

We are looking for a Technical Consultant with experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, to join our IT Applications Team. You will be the person to manage all technical tasks related to support and implementation of Microsoft Dynamic Nav solutions which will add value to our overall Organization.

 

Responsibilities

 

- Work together with our Business Analysts to build up solid Requests for Change (RfCs)

- Collaborate with testing before handover UAT to Key Users (technical issues)

- Perform NAV monitoring

- Provide and generate technical documentation for new process

- Promote technical improvements to our Platform

- Support the design and implementation of integrations between Dynamics NAV and the other template Solutions

- Support Dynamics NAV using related Microsoft technologies (Azure, SQL Server etc).

- Create the technical vision from business requirements and lead the development of a systems solution.

- NAV Deployments to all environments.

- Collaborate with other technical areas in defining optimal solutions.

- Manage business/project risks and mitigate or communicate these effectively.

- Support Sser administration and SOX audit activities.

 

Qualifications

 

• University degree in Computer Science, or an equivalent degree

• At least one to 2 years of experience as a Technical Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central.

- Strong technical skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Speak Fluent English; other languages would be beneficial

- Team player

- Have an interest in participating in Projects in addition to your day-to-day tasks

- Willingness to travel

- Technical Experience with integrations of Dynamics/Business Central with other (Cloud) applications

- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central would be advantageous

 

Work Environment

 

This position requires after hour and weekend work when there is a need.

 

 

Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.
