REBEL Mental Health Counsellors and Wellbeing Coaches are an integral part of the REBEL experience, ensuring a world-class coaching and support experience for our users. We are looking for highly motivated, licensed mental health professionals to join our team and help us reach more people around the world.

• Provide 1:1 check-ins to clients to proactively support their wellbeing.
• Deliver 1:1 counseling or coaching sessions to support clients’ mental health and personal growth.
• Facilitate group sessions to educate and raise awareness about positive mental health practices.
• Conduct research and review resources to assist in developing mental health and wellbeing modules for clients.
• Ensure client engagement , promptly responding to assigned clients through secure communication channels while ensuring retention and satisfaction.
• Maintain organized records and reports in accordance with HIPAA and other confidentiality regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the operations team and fellow coaches to address client needs effectively.

To succeed in this role, you should ideally:

• Hold an unrestricted Texas license to practice counseling, e.g., LPC, LCSW, Psychologist, or equivalent recognized credential.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience , including practicum, clinical work, or relevant counseling/wellness experience.
• Be fluent in English .
• Be willing to work flexible shifts to accommodate client schedules.
• Demonstrate a high-energy, self-motivated personality and a team-player mindset.
• Be able to work autonomously and confidently contribute ideas.
• Maintain reliability and professionalism at all times.
• Be open to feedback and continuous professional development .
• Preferred: Multi-state licensure or willingness to obtain additional U.S. state licenses for telehealth, experience in workplace wellness programs, or certifications like CEAP/NBC-HWC.
