As a Shift Manager, you will be expected to successfully operate the restaurant and meet your restaurant's goals. These goals include developing and maintaining a team, achieving sales and guest count targets, managing labor and food costs, and ensuring proper training is completed. Prior management experience is required. If you have no prior experience and want to become a manager, we are willing to hire you as a crew person and teach you what you need to know to become a Manager.
