McDonald's Shift Manager Join our team as a Shift Manager to lead crew and other managers during shifts, ensuring high quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Pay rate is based on availability and certifications. Position is at an independent franchisee‑owned McDonald's restaurant. The franchisee is the employer and is responsible for employment decisions. Responsibilities As a Shift Manager, you may be responsible for: Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Requirements Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, and have the passion to work in the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Must be 18 years or older.
