Job Description
What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Marketing Intern within our Strategic Marketing division. This position falls under our North American Fuel line of business and is a remote role. In this role, you will possess a basic understanding of core marketing principles, project management capabilities and strong communication skills. This remote position will directly support the Director of Strategic Marketing, NALP and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
How We Work As a Marketing Intern you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing:
- Company-issued equipment + remote access
Timeline The summer intern program will last from 10-12 weeks. This role is scheduled Monday - Friday and expected to work an 8-hour shift (40 hours per week is mandatory).
Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Support in writing briefs for our in-house or external creatives
- Work cross functionally with sales, product, and creative teams to launch marketing campaigns through a variety of digital marketing platforms
- Collaborate with marketing team on large campaigns involving multiple marketing channels, target audiences, and messaging
- At the end of your internship, you will create a presentation for executive leadership regarding what you have learned and what you believe you have contributed to the business
Qualifications & Skills - Must currently be enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program related to business or marketing
- Be a fast learner and are interested in learning how to use digital marketing tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to prioritize, coordinate, multi-task, and demonstrate initiative
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
