Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic communication plans that elevate our brand, engage our audiences, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be a strong storyteller with a deep understanding of content strategy, branding, digital marketing, and public relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies to support brand positioning, product launches, campaigns, and company initiatives.
  • Create compelling content for a variety of channels including website, social media, email, press releases, blog posts, newsletters, sales collateral, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, HR, etc.) to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Manage relationships with PR agencies and external vendors to coordinate media outreach, press events, and influencer campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and media coverage; provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Oversee marketing communication calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and messaging.
  • Lead the development of brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all touchpoints.
  • Support crisis communication efforts and handle sensitive messaging with discretion and professionalism.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy.
  • Identify, select and manage trade shows as applicable to our industry and business
  • Provide applicable support at expositions and shows to allow the company stand out
  • Relate with the business development team to make sure that the right messages is getting the most desired impact
  • Provide ideas and activities that can allow for the promotions of the company’s services and position in specific areas of the industry that we are focused
  • Create a structure to measure the growth and direct impact of the position’s role
  • Oversee/Manage the Zoho CRM system
  • Collaborate with the business, project, and product development teams to ensure that the right messages are delivering the intended impact.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in renewable energy industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in content management systems, email marketing tools, and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEO, CRM platforms, etc.).
  • Experience managing PR campaigns and working with external partners.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certification in marketing/communications.
  • Experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing.
  • Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
  • Spanish as second language is a plus
